Team and Player Registration
Current Session: Spring 2025 - Runs Friday, March 28 to Friday, June 6, 2025.
We are accepting registrations for teams for the Summer 2025 session until May 9, 2025.
ICWSL Team Registration Procedure:
If you would like to register a team for the Summer 2025 session, please contact the Registrar via email at reg@icwsl.org.
For NEW teams, a non-refundable deposit of $650 is required to register your team. The deposit must be paid to the ICWSL treasurer at least 6 weeks prior to the start of the upcoming session. For Summer 2025, the deadline to pay deposit is May 9, 2025.
For returning teams, ALL outstanding team fees must be paid in full in order to register for the next session. Team fees for the current session are due by your third game of the current session.
IMPORTANT: We work hard to develop the schedule for the upcoming session and to ensure it is finalized two weeks before the start of the next session. If you cancel your team registration within two weeks of the start of the next session, you will still need to pay the full team fees for the that session, whether or not you are able to field a team.
Make checks payable to ICWSL and be sure to note the team name in the check comments.

We also accept Zelle. Please email treas@icwsl.org if you would like a Zelle money request sent to you to pay with.
Please familiarize yourself with the League Rules before registering a team.
Player Registration Procedure:
Notice: ICWSL Players must hold a valid Washington State Adult Soccer Association player pass to participate in league play.
